Mountain Laurel Mental Health LLC
Welcome to Mountain Laurel Mental Health LLC.
You may be visiting today because you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in the same painful patterns in your relationships, dealing with difficulties in navigating life's challenges, or just not feeling like yourself, or the version of yourself you'd like to be . It takes a lot of vulnerability to seek support, and I want you to know you don't have to face these challenges alone. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), my practice is dedicated to helping individuals aged 16 and older, couples, and families move beyond struggle and rediscover meaningful connection. Here, you will find a safe, non-judgmental space to process your feelings, heal old wounds, and build the skills needed to create the connected, resilient life you deserve. Let's start creating the change you need and deserve together.
My name is Rachael and as a LMFT , I specialize in helping people who are drowning in "the mental load" of being human. My approach isn't just about nodding and listening; it's about compassionate accountability. We'll look at the behaviors, relationships, symptoms and patterns that keep you stuck in the cycle you're currently in . I provide a safe non-judgmental space to process the "why", but I also hold you to the "how. you don't have to keep carrying this by yourself.
